Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We also offer Apple Pay and Google Pay for customers who are signed up with those services.

You can cancel your order providing it has not been processed. If the order has been processed, you won’t be able to cancel it. Contact Customer Service at help@newearthgarden.com for assistance.

No, we do not ship internationally.

We use USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL and other shipping carriers. 

Orders placed Monday-Friday are typically processed that same day. For orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, the order will be placed the next business day. After your order has been processed, 99% of all orders leave the fulfillment center within 2-3 days.

Our average shipping time is about 2 business days depending on the type of product you have ordered. If the product is one that needs special packaging or is oversized or very heavy, shipping time will be longer. 

A tracking number is available about 24 hours after you have placed it. If products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or other facility, your tracking information may not be available for 1-3 business days. Please contact help@newearthgarden.com if you experience any issues with tracking.

It depends on the products you ordered. Since products may be shipped from multiple fulfillment centers, your items may be shipped at different times and by different carriers.

If the item you purchased is defective please let us know within 24 hours. We will assist in obtaining a replacement product from the manufacturer. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at returns@newearthgarden.com with details of the product and the defect.
